How to Update Refresh Rate of Analytics and QoE Reports

VIDIZMO generates Analytics and Quality of Experience (QoE) reports for every uploaded media. By default, user and media statistics reports refresh every 15 minutes. You can configure this interval to meet your organizational needs.

NOTE: This feature is available for on-premise deployments only.

Prerequisites

• Ensure the Configuration Hub feature is enabled for your group in the portal.

Update Refresh Rate

1. Open the navigation pane using the top-left button.
2. Select Admin > Control Panel.
3. In the Manage Portal pane, go to Application Configuration > Scheduled Tasks.
4. Locate Update Media Statistics and set your preferred time interval in minutes.
5. Select Update to save.
6. Locate Update User Statistics and set your preferred time interval in minutes.
7. Select Update to save.

NOTE: Changes may take a few minutes to take effect.
